Residential
New builds, renovations and the long list of things an older house needs before anything else is worth doing. Quoted properly, so the number you're given is the number you pay unless something genuinely changes behind a wall.

Service & repair
Found, explained, and fixed
Half of electrical repair is diagnosis, and the other half is telling you what actually happened in language you can act on. You'll get both, including when the honest answer is that the fix is smaller than you feared.
Aging wiring
Aluminium branch wiring, knob-and-tube, undersized panels, backstabbed devices and painted-over junctions.
Repairs & replacement
Failed outlets and switches, damaged fixtures, burnt terminations, water-damaged runs and rodent damage.
Safety checks
A walk-through before you buy, renovate or rent out, with a written list of what needs doing and what can wait.
Additions
One more circuit, one more outlet, one more light. The small jobs most shops won't book.

Planned visits for commercial sites so lamp changes and small faults get handled together instead of one call at a time.
Level 2 charging, sized to your service
The charger is the cheap part. What decides the job is whether your panel can carry another 40 amps, how far the run has to travel, and whether a load calculation says a smart split beats a service upgrade.
